REFUND POLICY

TwS wants you to enjoy our products, so if you are unsatisfied, we will accepts returns/exchanges on the items (except sale items which are final sale) that must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, in the plastic bag and with all tags attached.)

Please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving your item(s) to info@twisted-sis.com if you would like to return/exchange.  We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that all merchandise be returned within 5 days from the date we issue your RA#. If an RA request or returned merchandise falls outside of the  5 and 12 day time frame, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and sent back at your expense.


HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Email info@twisted-sis.com with a brief explanation for the return/exchange, including your original order number. Please include the merchandise style number, style name and the reason for the return/exchange. If requesting an exchange, a stock check will be done for the requested item. If it is unavailable, you may chose to return the item(s).

2. Once your return/exchange is authorized by TwS, you will receive an Return Authorization # (RA#).

3. Print the RA# email and include in your return package.

4. Ship the package with merchandise securely sealed to us, which will be provided in the RA# email. Please make sure you leave a note with the RA# inside the package.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Shipping expenses are to be taken care of by the customer.
